Stef R.
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Stef is deeply experienced in aesthetics, having worked with clients across skin and hair at Modern Age and Ever/body. She combines medical know-how with deep compassion for her clients' goals of feeling confident in how they show up.
Prior to aesthetics, Stef began her nursing career at Penn and practiced in primary care, women's health, and community health after studies at Drexel University and Hunter College. She has also worked with early-stage telehealth startups.
Elena Y.
Board-Certified Physician's Assistant (PA-C)
Elena has a passion for hair restoration from her own journey and understanding firsthand the outcome that personalized treatment can have on confidence. She brings specialized expertise from her time in hair transplants and medspas, where she developed comprehensive approaches to hair growth.
Prior to specializing in aesthetics, Elena worked in emergency medicine and urgent care settings across New York City. She completed her nursing education at Drexel University after initial studies at Syracuse University.
Denzel D.
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Denzel brings a personal interest in hair restoration to our team from his personal journey with hair growth and the challenges of navigating the myriad of treatment options.
Prior to moving full time into hair growth with Great Many, Denzel served as an electrophysiology nurse practitioner after earning his Master’s in Adult Gerontology Primary Care in Nursing at New York University. His prior roles include cardiac patient care in various hospital settings.
Stephanie J.
Board-Certified Registered Nurse (RN)
Stephanie discovered her passion for hair restoration through her own journey with cicatricial alopecia (CCCA) and brings that personal experience to each client.
She brings a holistic perspective to each client’s hair restoration program. Stephanie also serves as a post-surgical care nurse. She completed her Bachelor's in Nursing from Capella University, building on her earlier communications degree from Florida State University.
Mercedes B.
Board-Certified Registered Nurse (RN)
Mercedes brings a unique international perspective to hair restoration, having served as physician and medical director of a leading medspa in Argentina where she specialized in advanced aesthetic treatments and laser procedures.
Her approach combines years of experience training other practitioners in injectable and laser techniques. Prior to moving to the US, Mercedes earned her medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and recently completed her Master's in Nursing from Columbia University. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Gabriella B.

Gaby has a passion for hair restoration that emerged naturally during her time in aesthetics, where colleagues consistently referred their hair growth clients to her.
Prior to Great Many, she was the the primary hair growth provider at various med spas and medical dermatology offices, where she mastered a comprehensive range of aesthetic treatments. Gabriella earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from Long Island University, graduating as valedictorian. She is bilingual in English and Russian.

Dr. Shilpi Khetarpal, MD, is a dermatologist, associate professor at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and leading expert in platelet-rich plasma for hair restoration.
Since 2016, she has performed over 2,000 treatments and edited a book entitled Aesthetic Clinician’s Guide to Platelet-Rich Plasma. She has been a leading researcher on PRP effectiveness, PRP equipment, natural supplements, and more.
