Cancellation Policy

For appointments more than 48 hours in advance, you can cancel or reschedule online (via the link in your confirmation email) or by calling/texting us at 212-242-1400.

Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $150 fee for Treatments and a $50 fee for Consultations for the reserved time.

Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in, fill out any forms, and enjoy a snack in our lounge. 

If you are running late, please call or text us at 212-242-1400. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
