Return & Refund Policy

At Great Many, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Product Returns

If you’re not satisfied with a Great Many product, email us at hello@greatmany.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 7 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and cover only the amount paid for the product. We may request photos or a return to understand the issue. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Whenever possible, please return the product (or unused portion) in its original packaging.

Service Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our treatments. If you’re dissatisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can understand what happened and work toward a resolution. While services are generally non-refundable, we’ll always review concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair solution, whether that’s adjusting your plan, offering a follow-up, or addressing any issues with your experience. Because results from medical and hair growth treatments can vary from person to person, results are not guaranteed—but our commitment to your care, clarity, experience, and support is.

Shipping Policy 

We ship to all 50 states, however international shipping is unavailable at this time.

Shipping Policy for Cosmetic Products. Shipping is complimentary on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more. Orders less than $50 have a flat-rate fee of $6. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order date, and will arrive within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Policy for Prescriptions. Shipping for prescription products is complimentary and included in your subscription fee. We currently ship to all 50 states, with no additional charges for shipping. Once your prescription is approved, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. You can expect your prescriptions to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. We do not offer international shipping for prescriptions at this time.
