Our shampoo is designed for all hair types. We use mild surfactants (cleansing agents that remove dirt, oil, and product build-up) and ingredients that strengthen and condition the hair. It is safe for color-treated hair.
How often should I use this shampoo?
There is no hard-and-fast rule here. This answer depends on your hair type and scalp conditions along with lifestyle and activities.
While this product is formulated for safe, gentle, daily use, we specifically chose not to call it a ‘daily shampoo’ because not every hair type is a candidate for daily shampooing. Individuals with very dry hair; coarse or textured hair; styled hair (e.g., braided); chemically-processed hair (e.g., straightened); or color-treated hair might not require daily shampooing. This product is safe for color-treated hair.
When it comes to lifestyle and activities, things like dry shampoo use, hair styling product use, or sweaty workouts, and long-time hat wearing might tell you what frequency you need to wash your hair to keep your hair and follicles clean.
